Our Speed, Strength & Conditioning Training is dedicated to developing the overall athlete.  Like everything, movement and performance begin in the brain and developing a mental skillset can prepare athletes to compete at the highest level! We want to develop stronger minds, faster bodies, and overall BETTER ATHLETES.

 
Speed/Acceleration Training
  • sprinting mechanics
  • developing quick reaction skills
  • acceleration & deceleration control
  • proprioception/neuromuscular functional development

Strength Training
  • injury prevention!! (*VERY important for young athletes)
  • developing overall body strength to improve performance
 
Conditioning Training
  • soccer specific fitness
  • emphasis on targeting specific metabolic pathways
  • emphasis on proper recovery & nutrition

​Qualifications
  • Bachelors in Science – Pace University
  • Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) – June 2019
  • Former Division 2 Collegiate Soccer Player
  • 2 Years Experience in Sports Performance Training
  • US Soccer Coaching License 
  • American Red Cross CPR, AED & First Aid Certified
